ClubEvent is a web and mobile app designed to help users organise events from training sessions, to committee meetings, to one-off social events.
During the apps development, I was asked to produce a logo to represent the platform which would also serve as the app icon for it's upcoming release on the App and Google Play Stores.
Basic branding guidelines had already been established by the developer which allowed me to focus on delivering an logo with a fitting visual identity whilst ensuring any design worked at scale as any digital-first logo would need to be.
As an app icon the logo had to be simple enough to be distinguishable at sizes ranging from 36px to 1024px in diameter, keeping the icon minimal was key in ensuring it could be used across a plethora of digital platforms: across application storefronts, in-app, on dedicated website and across social media without issue.
